INASTE (formerly “ENASTE”) organizes international congresses open to educational researchers, teacher educators, teachers, students, and the general public.
Our fifth Congress will take place on May 22-24, 2025 at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna. We are currently accepting submissions for contributions.

2011 Congress: The Future of Teacher Education
RoSE: Research on Steiner Education, a bi-lingual, peer-reviewed academic journal with the purpose of serving the theoretical and practical development of Steiner Waldorf education, published a keynote lecture by Gert Biesta from the Congress in 2011, and dedicated a special edition to the Congresses in 2013 and 2015. Erziehungskunst, a monthly magazine on Waldorf pedagogy, published reports on Congresses from 2015 and 2022.
